There's probably two reasons why ET won't let us buy terrorist generals 1. They think we're poor 2. Money can't buy you a general this good No, it's because they're trying to make the game unbalanced and super-hard. Also, our technology level is only suitable for cold war, so this also makes it harder and sound even more impossible. So when we complete modern war we get an ego boost of being a 'conqueror of the impossible', but not really because we have generals with rumor.  Why ET gotta do us like that ;-; |

Why ET gotta do us like that ;-; People like to be appreciated. There are also many games (especially Japanese games) doing the same thing, making us feel extraordinary or prodigious. Thus, we are more fond of the game. |
