So I have all the conqueror achievements except Asian conqueror. While playing as Japan in 1945 I finished in 56 turns and got African Conqueror. How do I get Asian Conqueror though?

Europe:1939 allies with in 80 turns.
Asia: 1939 axis within 80 turns.
Africa: 1943 axis within 70 turns.
America: 1943 allies within 70 turns.
Oceania: 1950 within 65 turns.
World: 1960 within 60 turns.
Moon, Solar System, Milky Way, Universe: build the wonders.
