Generals used: Guderian, Rommel, Graziani, Konev, Nimitz, Arnold and Dowding. Generals/tech maxed, except for Arnold and Dowding.
Note: You'll most likely lose a few generals in this conquest.
TURN 1
So this was a tricky one to figure out, but I believe I've found a way to do it. Starting off with three units, I put my best general Guderian on the medium tank, Nimitz on the destroyer and Konev on the howitzer. All three will attack Brazil. I will move Nimitz to hit the coastal artillery. After that, I will then bait the Brazilian destroyer out of the port, than move Nimitz to take the port and defend it.
From the Cuban port, I began spamming single subs, and move them around Cuba between Havana and Florida. Cuba will most likely be lost. The purpose of the subs are to slow down the enemy unit spam while you invade Brazil. I built about 6 subs. If Bradley gets close to the subs, focus the subs fire on him.
TURN 14
After building the subs, i began saving for a triple stacked heavy. Once I had the funds, I built the unit and put Rommel on it to defend. I waited to do this specifically when the American units began mobilizing into the water. He will assist the subs, but make any enemy with a general a priority.
After Brazil is defeated, this will become exactly like hold the ground exercises. I had Konev and Guderian hit any land units that came to shore, and during this time land units are priority over the naval units. I left Brazilian cities undefended until a unit was in the area. Due to enemy naval generals on carriers, the lowest unit that should be used is the armored car (no infantry units).
Expect spam from Canada, US, Mexico, Spain, Portugal and a little from France in Africa.
Make defending cities priority, but when you have extra funds, from the city north of Rio, drop a paratrooper in neutral Liberia in Africa between turns 13 and 15. Use him to attack French territories. If France spawns a unit, move to another city, either French or British. Avoid all nearby units. This part is important, as it likely helps the Soviets out in Europe (they are invading France about this time).
If all is going well, even Egypt, Romania, Hungary or Bulgaria might be expanding in Africa.
TURN 28
After a few turns, Cuba, Rommel and Nimitz are lost, and Guderian is low on health as well. After seizing a couple territories in Africa, I built a triple stacked howitzer and put Arnold on it. Then when I had the funds, I built another one and put Dowding on it. They will continue attacking cities and units together. I mainly focused on France first to help out the Soviets in Europe. This may have helped because the Soviets were not really aggressive like the last time I did this conquest, but thankfully the enemy wasn't aggressive either. My original paratrooper went southeast attacking cities and taking them.
TURN 42
About this time I've lost Guderian and Konev, so before I actually did, I built a triple stacked heavy tank in Rio and put Graziani on it. His priority is land units, as by now the spam is reaching its peak.
I move Arnold and Dowding to attack the Spanish territory. My paratrooper continues attacking British territories.
After changing units to defend Algiers, I moved the wounded unit to capture the port nearby. Then replaced it with a sub. After that, I move to capture other ports.

TURN 56
After Africa begins falling under WTO control, I focused on grabbing a foothold in Europe to assist. Fortunately, I saw the opportunity in Lyons, so I paratrooped the city, then built a few triple stacked heavies there to attack Spain. At this point I'm saving my industry for Mexico, US, England and Canada and to reclaim Cuba. The exception to this was I used a missile/strategic bomber combo to defeat Portugal. After that I focused my heavies on Spain.
After capturing Spanish ports on Spains coast, I built a few double stacked cruisers to assist the Soviets with coastal cities.
TURN 70
At this point, I've eliminated Portugal, and set my sights on Spain and England next. I opted to do a mix of missiles and strategic bombers on British cities, then paratrooped them. After this, I will save resources.
TURN 84
With plenty of resources saved, I begin to unleash my final assault on North America with a mix of missiles and strategic bombers. I even used a couple nukes during this conquest.
TURN 96
With North America under Cuban leadership, all that's left is British territories in the Philippines and Australia. Since I was too far away and knew it would take dozens of turns to get there, I figure it would be quicker to send funds to nearby allies. In my case, this was PRC, USSR and North Korea. They accomplished this in about 10-15 turns (I forget how many exactly, but it wasn't very much).
Overall this would be under 100 turns, but Canada gave me trouble by taking ports and trying to avoid being defeated.
TURN 104
And 8 turns later, we've conquered the world.
Note: You'll most likely lose a few generals in this conquest.
