konev, unlock his 40% before doing so. After this discount mission you may sell Badogilo. Aim for Rommel next, again with the 40% unlocked. Congratulations on finally clearing that mission btw Bye bye Badogilo and hello Konev!!! I took your advice and bought him after doing the 40% discount mission, now I have 2 very powerful endgame generals and I am finally starting to feel like a World Conqueror 4 pro. I can use Konev as an infantry general too as he is 4 star infantry and you can even upgrade it to 5 star, when I saw Manstein on the super tank I freaked out but I destroyed him in 2 turns and the 40% discount mission was actually very easy, I had 5 super artillery 2 (3 stacked) rocket artillery and 2 (3 stacked) howitzers and with these troops I just wrecked the Germans even beating Manstein was like walking 5 meters that is the best way I can describe it. BTW not a single casualty which is absolutely amazing!

I am absolutely slaughtering the Germans like pigs today, this is the 40% discount mission for Dowding I don't even know why I am doing it because I am not going to buy him probably just for the medals and the sense of accomplishment. Model thought he was so tough on a super tank and look what happened to him, this has got be be like a genius world record or something.

Guderian + Konev = Destruction, tried and tested in all scenarios, even 1980

The weather is great for wrecking the British in Africa today and making Auchinleck go stupid with the power of Rumor.

Hi guys, I know its been a while since I have posted anything on this forum because I thought my posts were disappearing but they were just being moved and I only realized last night when I checked my messages so I was quite relieved by the fact that I did not waste time and effort typing those posts for nothing. I have advanced quite a lot in the game since my last post and I have 5 generals now which are, Guderian (rumor level 3), Konev (rumor level 3), Rundstedt, Vatutin (rumor level 3) and Fletcher all with red health bars. My HQ level is 38 and somehow miraculously I managed to complete all the challenges which include hold the ground, rescue the ally, accumulate supplies and wipe out the enemy. I am a little less than halfway through the cold war scenario missions and I am not sure what general to buy next, but before all of you say "Buy Rommel next but unlock his 40% discount first." I cannot unlock his 40% discount because it is too hard for me and the last time I tried I got wrecked by the British so I have not replayed that mission for a while. Everyday just by logging in to WC4 I get 30000 gold, 1500 industry, 250 energy and 30 technology, I have 7 daily tasks and 5 invasions because I purchased wonders which grant more tasks and invasions. My tech trees are decently advanced and I am improving them everyday, I have done many of the 1939 and 1943 scenario missions on hard mode and 3 starred almost all of them. My main question is should I upgrade my endgame generals more or buy another general? Thanks to many of you which have provided me with useful advice and spent time typing up guides.

My main question is should I upgrade my endgame generals more or buy another general? Thanks to many of you which have provided me with useful advice and spent time typing up guides. I've been saying this a lot of times, buy Graziani, he is the 3rd (if not 2nd) best tank. I personally used him to help me through Rommel's last discount mission and he's tough as hell (even in the end games), you might want to give him rumor and armored assault later. You will definitely want to sell Fletcher after you get Nimitz or Doenitz, so I don't recommend to upgrade him. About Vatutin, you might want to sell him as well or keep him as a 5th tank, since you've upgraded him it's less likely for you to sell him in the future (but could still be a reasonable choice). I highly recommend crowd tactics + crowd medal on Konev, I've personally proven it to be the best skill for him and it makes him the 2nd most important general of all. Don't prioritize Rundstedt yet. For Rommel's 40% discount mission, all it takes are just rumors (level 2 or 3 on each generals) and some playing skills. Since British guys are tough at counter-attacking you need to pit them (or encircle) and apply some rumors.

If you decide to take Sun's advice, then sure you may get Graziani first to help you get Rommel. Again, do know that Rommel's 40% can be done with only Guderian + Vatutin as tankers
