Final coalition Mission. I know there’s another guide for this but I can’t complete it. So I take the French cites in the north then I take clermont and destroy napoleon. When I head for marseille, Mortier shoots my army into pieces! Any guides?
I have dumoriez and mercer.

Free princess Sophia can be easily earned to replace him on arty and any of the cheap move or cav trainers have more value than him. Strategy wise, I would instead advise for a more approach: - Use the troops in England to attack Brest then move them to Bordeaux. - From Bordeaux, attack Toulouse and march against Napoleon. Spam inf if you must to surround the emperor. - Meanwhile, forces in Belgium and outside Paris are to capture the capital. - Defend Paris and watch out for Excelmanns who may use his speed to bypass Coalition troops and invade Belgium. - March to Dijon and Lyon. - Spam cav from Lyon to surround and denoralize Mortier. |

Definitely Sophie is better, if you can't get her I would recommend L.bonaparte instead due to having explosives and other skills. |

Thx. I managed to complete it with 2 stars. But I find that mercer is a bit useful when I use him on rocket to bomb napoleon.

Good managed to complete in 4 stars after trying thx hello When you get stronger gens, a 5* clear is not far away. In fact, a 4* clear is pretty good considering that this is one of the harder missions. |

In fact, a 4* clear is pretty good considering that this is one of the harder missions. I personally enjoy this mission. Gives me prestige trying to take down the emperor. I would take Paris first and then take the other city's. After that encircle Napoleons 6 star Artillery in Clermont and destory him. |
