This tier list is basically a compilation of 80% discussions under the general, 15% the google sheets thing (I don't have the link but I have the sheets) and 5% my own professional judgement. This is so you won't have to go under all the generals' discussions and search individually. I consider a general to be worthy of this tier list if their artillery stars is at least tied for second most stars they have (ex. Arnold isn't really an artillery general, only one star, but it's tied for second most with navy so he's on this list). This list is only considering their artillery capabilities (stars and skills), except for Arnold and Dowding. If they're trash in artillery it doesn't mean they're garbage in general (usually does tho). 
Note: Tassigny and Zhu D are mostly hidden for a reason. Note 2: This guide is merely for reference. Any general under tier C isn't even worth considering. If there's anything you think is wrong, reply below and I may or may not fix it. Remember this is based on the polls and discussions, so 95% not my personal opinion. |

Alexander can't be that bad, his anti amour abiltys make him a good general in my opinion |

I'll only do one general per tier. Alexander vs Leeb: Price: Leeb is 410 medals cheaper Stars: Same for artillery (5), Alexander has two more mobility stars (3 vs 1) Skills: Leeb has rumour, artillery leader, and plain fighting, all of which are useful on artillery. Alexander has raider, crossfire, and artillery barrage, none of which are really good on artillery. Crossfire doesn't help artillery's terrible hp, and artillery barrage relies on artillery to be heavily damaged, something you don't want Empty skill slots: Same (1) Rating (on this forum): Leeb is 4.2 stars, while Alexander is 2.6 stars Conclusion: Leeb is far better Alexander vs Govorov: Price: Govorov is 360 medals more expensive Stars: Govorov has one extra artillery star, Alexander has one extra mobility star (this counteracts the price difference) Skills: Govorov has Explosives, which is somewhat useful on artillery. Empty skill slots: Same (1) Rating: Govorov is 3.7 stars Conclusion: Govorov is a bit better Alexander vs Chuikov: Price: Chuikov is 30 medals cheaper Stars: Alexander has one extra artillery star and one extra mobility star (this counteracts the price difference and more so) Skills: Chuikov has Mountain fighting, which is... marginally useful. Machinist helps... not much. Empty skill slots: Same (1) Rating: Chuikov is... 2.1 stars Conclusion: Alexander is better OK. You're right. Alexander should probably be in the higher end of D tier. |

He's way better than Zhukov due to his rumor. Also I think u should add Yamamoto and Graziani instead of the generals in rank F and Bagramyan. Lastly exchange Alexander with Blamey. Other than that, this looks fantastic! |
