I have beseler ( changed mf to aura), straubenburg (mf to tactics master) ,mclellan (edge to tactics master), jackson (edge to mf), macarthur, and the other free gens unupgraded.

Try to rely on Moltke too, he is a great complement to Jackson with sufficient stats and his op surprise attack. Destroy Quast's troops, and then help your allies breakthrough the German lines. German reinforcements will arrive and the unguarded level IV city, but if you were fast enough your allies should serve as effective meatshields/distractions for you to capture the last city |
