i looted at achievement rewards and it said i need to get rank A to get rewards, is that hard to do and what do i need to do to get rank A?
im planning on doing cuba 1861

Even my 100+ turns RSFR endsieg got a S rank, just try to capture more cities if you know you wont finish fast
