Tank General Tier List 2.1 (Better but not really)

Updates:
- Added second tier list (quality only)
- Upgraded point system

Quality only:



+ 1.75 points:
- Empty skill slots

+1 point:
- Tank stars
- Empty skill slots
- Skills: Plain fighting, Panzer Leader, Blitzkrieg, Armoured Assault, Rumour

+0.5 points:
- Mobility stars
- Average rating (on this forum)
- Machinist
- Terrain boosts (not plain fighting or mountain fighting), Tide of Iron, Machinist, Explosives

+0.3 points:
- Mobility stars

+0.25 points:
- Crossfire, Cover, Mountain Fighting, ace forces
- All terrain boosts except plain fighting
- Potential stars (that you have to buy)

New tank star point system (directly related to damage outputs):
+ 1.5 points: Stars 5-6
+ 1.2 points: Stars 3-4
+ 0.9 points: Stars 1-2

Tier separations are as follows:
SS tier: 16+ points
S tier: 14-15.9
A: 12-13.9
B: 10-11.9
C: 9-9.9
D: 8-8.9
E: 7-7.9
F: 6-6.9

minus 1 point:
- Cost: (/500 medals for Gold, /400 medals for Silver, /300 medals for Bronze)

Tier separations are as follows:
SS tier: 10+ points
S tier: 9-9.9
A: 8-8.9
B: 6-6.9
C: 5-5.9
D: 4.5-4.9
E: 4-4.5
F: 3.5-3.9
