Also, I noticed that there were generals that don't appear in the game itself, like "Emperor" and "Japan", for example. What generals are these? Those are the terrorists generals. They are named that way and I think they should have gave them better names. |

Exit out of json and scroll down to find string. Then click the one says en and open it. After that search the General name and edit it to anything for example GeneralD-3102=Gudarian change to GeneralD-3102=Supercharged Gudarian |

RIP my phone doesn't come with a text editor so I have to download one in order to read those files. Just use MT manager for it. It is great for wc4 but is quite bad for wc3 and older games. |

As it turns out when editing general photos there are actually two places that you have to edit, generalphoto, and heads. If you don't change their photo in both folders there's just gonna be a blank space instead of their photo or it's gonna be the original photo.
Also coding on an online JSON editor is so much easier than doing it on mobile. Wow.

Darth Nihilus, since you are only doing two I had to do around 20-30 generals so I thought heads would just take up more time so I worked on other features like terrorists units. Because of this 1980's conquests doesn't work..

I decided to destroy all the generals who don't have three stars in anything. I got lazy. |

Here, I made the Tokyo civilians make them your King.  |

So far I've just done French and British AI generals. I'm gonna download it today and if it works I'll continue, if not I'll just use my backup file.
Also, thanks for giving me Tokyo, I'll appreciate the udon, etc. very much (although, "noddles"...)
Update: So the shop works fine, I'll put general pictures in there soon.
Scenario has a few small problems. The generals that I deleted were written into the preface code, so their pictures just disappear on the introduction screen, and the dialogue screen crashes the game since their pictures don't add up to the code. No biggie, I can just go back and reinstate the generals there and adjust ID numbers for my AI generals.
Conquest works fine.
