Since Gimp is a computer-only software, how do I get files from my APK editor onto my computer and then back again?
I just need info for the file moving, thanks. I have decent photoshopping skills.

How about you download Google drive and upload it there and then go back to your phone and look at it. Or you can upload it to media fire and when you download it on your phone you can access it.

Darth Nihilus , 1000 veiws! Anyway, how has the Development of your balance mod? I'm slowly but surely making my way towards map modding. I finally finished viability checks for all the units, I'll probably do some extra balancing once I release it. Right now, I'm gonna switch all the generals that you can buy with generals that you can't buy in the shop. I'm collecting stats for all those generals, and it's a tedious but not too hard process. Once I get to map editing though, I'm probably gonna die. Most of the changes I'll do are just alliance changes and priority cities (red circles), but for those maps where the enemy starts out with no cities (ex Normandy) I'll actually have to think of something. When/if I ever get there, I'll ask a bunch of questions lol. Thanks in advance.

For alliances you go to find 803f with hex editor ( need to download) then go up and when you see 01-05 it's a Alliance. You edit them to make them different like if I wanted a nation to be Axis I change it to 02. Thanks for advice Erebus!

What is an unlocked APK? What is the difference? I'm greenhorn. A unlocked Apk is a Apk that has gotten permission to be used and edited. Game that don't have these are considered a hack so that is why I only mode unlocked ones.

After going through 739 lines of code, I finally have all the stats for AI generals. Now to put them in the shop.
Do you think I should include every single AI general or just the ones that have at least 3 stars in something? Because generals like Winkelman are just gonna be there for no reason.
As for terrorist generals, I won't worry about that until after I finish everything else.

Just make the AI have overpowered generals and a the player has one that will be so powerful the player would love that General.

One of them is Cunningham, who in the game is actually a 5-star tank/6-star navy hybrid. The only change I'm gonna do there is give him 5 empty slots so you can give him whatever skills you want. Another general is literally just a joke. So we have Toyoda, who's terrible in the game, but I'm gonna change his name to "Toy yoda" and his picture to a literal toy yoda, and give him 6 stars everything plus 5 empty slots.

Also, I noticed that there were generals that don't appear in the game itself, like "Emperor" and "Japan", for example. What generals are these?
