i wanted to change unit settings and read through the armysettings.json file and saw the "Feature" line which i assume is their abilities (mobility, anti-air, anti-tank, machine gun etc) problem is i dont know what each of the numbers mean is there a place where i can find the meaning of each numbers?

Amry settings is how much the unit does and how fast it can move. Unit skills should be in technology.json.

ohh but for example i want to create a new tank unit that has the machine gun skill and antitank skill wont it be in the armysettings.json file?

You can add units, I added a modern infantry in Wc4. You just need to go to army settings and see what type the unit will be.

Cool, but I need to actually get into the game files. Is this possible on Mac or IPad? You would also need to jail break your device for apks to work on the ipad. I believe it may be possible for mac but, I haven't tested it yet.

i mean i would just be replacing for example the armored car with a tank unit that i made myself, but i want it to instead have the machine gun and antitank skill i guess i'll just try to see the skills ingame and in the json and compare what they are

If you are editing skills you can do that in the army and army feature settings.

Anyone able to help flesh the new unit out more?

Anyone able to help flesh the new unit out more? What do you mean by legion? Skin editing can be done but, it is difficult for navel units.

Your "legion" of units purchased for the invasion/exercise stuff in Domination. If you alter an existing army type then it carries over but if you add a NEW unit.... how would you put it in the legion-lineup?

Operators are standing by, call nowwwww!!! this is quite literally what i wanted, i actually now have a list of what some of the features mean: 3 - Mortar 4 - Marching 5 - Anti-Tank 11 - Sniper 13 - Assault 14 - Air-Defense im gonna have to be honest, i'm actually just modding a mod that modded another mod, i dont plan on releasing it publicly since it's sort of just a private project soo yeah
