I hate the carrier. Just ignore it. Like your problems
Special thanks to Mr. Beast for providing a strategy. I'm sorry I stole your exercise again lol.
This is one of the first exercises where you will run out of places to put troops. Start with 2 quadruple-stacked mechanized infantries as close to the coast as possible. The rest you can see and placement is up to you. I used 3 super carriers and 2 normal carriers.
Put one general on a mechanized infantry, and two navy generals on cruisers (you can try carriers but I would suggest not). Destroy the coastal artillery and the triple motorized infantry as fast as possible to assure you can land your troops. Start working on Nimitz's support troops.
After destroying the initial land defences, have your super carriers destroy the bunker and Patton, while your normal carriers destroy the triple-stacked mechanized infantries and light tank shown in the picture. They will deal insane damage to your troops. Move Konev out of range of Nimitz or else he'll take some damage. Let your cruisers destroy the subs, and start working on Nimitz and the coastal forts.
Note: When you start attacking Patton, before his city runs out of health, he'll take reduced damage, so use a normal carrier to target him first every turn before using super carriers.
Once you take care of Nimitz and the coastal defenses, keep working on Patton and the other troops.
Before you take the top city, I suggest you kill the three troops south-east of it to ensure they don't destroy your fragile units. Destroy the land fort in the south, it'll help you later on. Start working on MacArthur, and follow the note. MacArthur is much easier to deal with than Patton. Position your troops so that they can get to the city in one turn when needed.
Note: the enemy will neither spawn troops in empty cities nor take your cities, so you can leave them empty.
MacArthur is now dead. Take the city and get 55 medals.
