This is Rating of what I count are mods in my opinion, this scales from 1-5
5-has excellent changes to general's, values, new features and some beta map changes. Has a cool soundtrack.
4-has good changes to values,some generals or tatics with decent soundtrack
3-some changes to units and generals or maps and values
2-limited change, only units or generals are changed.
1-the mod has no noticable changes or is a clear sign of hacking.
