Based on the Challenge version, assemble all your troops and march to the city ahead. Capture it and defend against the enemy counterattack.
During the counterattack, the enemy's fierce fire may open up the German target city. Send your weaker gens and/or troops to assist. Watch out for the armoured car! Use your arty gen to defeat it. You may research 1-2 Aircraft Bombings for use here.
When the enemy is demoralised, remember to flank them to inflict a 2X morale drop. Don't forget to mop up remaining enemies attacking the German city. Research 2X Spy for later.
March SE while your allies move NE. Capture the city and turn north. Watch out for the river! Use the central city to spam light cav to overwhelm the enemy. Use your 2X Spy to ensure the enemy large fort is disabled for your allies to destroy.
Research and drop the last Aircraft bombs you can use (for Challenge) or as many as you want (Normal). Capture the last enemy city, but beware the Russians' use of Poison Gas!

I found that my allies were largely useless, I had to hold all the objectives.
