Hello,
Is anyone else experiencing connection errors ?
Game is logging in but daily misions do not refesh, shop not working aswell. Cannot save game on cloud archive.
This happened all day.
I tryed to restart game several times with no efect.
Internet connection working.

What happens if i reinstall app ? has anyone done this ?
Do i lose finished conquest progress if it's not saved in cloud ?

Reinstalling wipes out unsaved data and Conquest progress. If it's not internet connection, it could be other reasons, specifically your device's date and/or time. That's the only other reason that comes to mind.

Not sure if that is the case.
Example: You finish conquest mode in punic wars, you get the medal reward and you spend it on a general. Save progress in cloud.
If you reinstall game, you lose conquest mode progress but you keep medals invested in the general when loading cloud ? This can be exploited to get medals.
Anyways thanks. I will try to see if it's related to time zone, altough i did not made any changes. I got an Samsung S8 device. Clock updates itself automaticaly...

Back in buisness.
I want to tell how i managed to get the game going again but first i like to tell sympthoms, maybe will be of help for someone else.
So, things went like this:
Efects: 1.) Shop not working, it messeged me connection error altough my internet was working fine. 2.) Cloud archive would not load/save, same thing, connection error altough interned working.
I tryed to reinstall game. Now, i could not connect with google account, nor with facebook; this means i could not try to load with cloud archive also.
E-mailed suport but with no help or interest in my problem. ( i wated 5 days with no reply, i made a kind reminder and told me it was not their issue; case closed in their opinion)
Solution ? I saved all phone setings on cloud archive and made system reboot to factory settings.
After this, it worked.
Hope it helps. What i learned is to save more frequently into cloud archive game progress. Else, you're done.

Oh great from this post and lack of help I can see this is one more typical thoughtless and supportless game company. I'm having connection error as well. Happens with any purchasing I attempt in game, get that?...purchasing...I'm trying to give you my money and some problem in the game won't connect me to the inet. So apparently like the person on this posting I'm gonna have to poke around and try to solve the problem myself. That is if I don't just say "screw it it's not worth the trouble, I'll find some other game that really wants my money and delete this one." What say you?

I have EW6 1914 installed on two devices. One of them loads daily ads without problem, another does not "see" them at all. Easy technology is not a big company as I can judge, so support service is rather bad. Especially if you communicate with them in English. They make excellent games, but their public relations, promotion and support are awful, imo.
