Make promoting Straußenburg and Plumer to max Nobility and Rank your priority.
Swap Beseler's PF for Arty Commander and promote him to max Nobility and Rank as well.
Since you've a lot of slots, any leftover medals is up to you to decide how you want to spend them. Boroevic, Johnston or Moltke, Hindenburg or Ivanov make for the best choice of 2nd best gens in their fields.
Don't forget to strengthen Beatty and Hipper.

If you need anything else, buy that anything else. he should buy silver medals and books to max all generals once he has his 10 best generals which he does. or he can buy some generals for history mode but history mode is meh, the rewards for princesses are not amazing. |
