how do you get your limit about 160? mine is always 160, no matter how many farms i build

how do you get your limit about 160? mine is always 160, no matter how many farms i build When your limit goes 160, the only way to increase it is to upgrade your farm to level 3, which can be accessed by level 5 cities. In 1917 theres a lot of upgradable level 5-6 cities. |

you have to build level 3 farms. each level 3 farm can add 2 more population limit.
