I intend to have at least one admiral, but I don't know if Sakurako fulfills this role well, since, being a survival genre, it may take longer in naval phases with few limit shifts. stoic, among others, has made the argument that if you want to get one admiral at most, head for the best - Nelson. Wiping out the enemy ships quickly is going to benefit you more than wearing them down by attrition. This is more so since you're most certainly going to have to stand alone and/or outnumbered in Crimean War.

In Crimean war you face generals with alert and escorting. And with how escorting works in this game, you basically can’t do this. Maybe I’d recommend selling off some of your infantry generals for Sakurako. Those suck for anything in Crimean war except for 3 starring Balaclava. So sell off those and reach the end. Then buy them back for Balaclava.
