I remember a few years ago about a theard that talked about how to destory a neutral nation without taking damage. I believe it was made by the Moderater Manstien and I am revisiting it.
The Strategy says that by Marching Units into your Neutral Neighbors or any nations farm the Enemy will suffer from morale lose and if you take all they won't be able to retaliate.
It's a Great way to gain resources fast and destory your enemies quickly. I don't recommend this for gaining elite Princessis like Victoria so use to get small Princess or For a better Score.

Do keep in mind that you're not the only one who desires to attack neutrals if they happen to be in the way.
Plus, Forts don't consume food. Aim to balance the destruction of forts, if any, against defeating enemy units.

The fort should consume food like a unit and not like a city with a fort. Also after you put your neighbor in chaos put any unit you have next to one of their city's and attack. The rocket and Seige guns are really effective at this along with Grenadiers.

ID also like it more if infantry didn't have geography. It makes light infantry worthless without a general.

That is why I spam full level Greindiers becuase they are strong in most army's and are great at destorying forts. The game is somewhat like Ew5 where if you have a general it's easier and in Wc4 it's somewhat a balance between tech and Generals. Ew4 is in the middle with strong Generals and units are good at Conquests.
