video ads can give you silver medals, golden medals, books and medpacks. you can also get gold and normal medals which you can avoid if you use the save and load feature. you first need to save your game. you then watch an ad and if you receive the item you want, you can save and watch the next video, you keep doing this until you watch your 4 videos for the day. if you don't get the item you want, load and watch the video.
the only downside to this is that it can take a long time if you don't get lucky. you have to wait 15 or 20 minutes everytime you load for your next load. you can wait for this to go down while you play conquest/campaign
