Hi,this is my first post,and i am trying to pass this game with only green and blue gens
This will be my loadout(sorry if i messed up any names)and :
Infantry:
Faulkenhausen(no macarthur because he is only duke)
Gallwitz
Cav:
Halil Kut(eats 30~50 textbooks)
Nicolaevich(rip 30~50 textbooks)
Arty:
Otto von Below(emperor rank,4skills)
Nicolas the second(same but skills are worse
Navy:
Free gens
Any advice/possible change with the loadout?😊

Meade is an arty gen with blue stats But its main crime being capped at Marquess and only three skills slot(and only one good skill) Below/Nicolas the second +5texrbooks outclassed him |

Now,i can conclude that the challenge is really hard in terms of textbooks.I bought nicolaevich and is trying to get 50 textbooks to change him into a fronze lite.....

Mcarthur is being capped at duke.And level 5 skills are important as all my general will last to endgame but still,i will happy to bite the bullet as i am already torturing myself by making a ludendorff+frunze lite  Vazov,Putnik Putnik has 2 skills to be changed(arty master and explosive) Below also has 2 skills need to be changed ,4 slots,a blue stats and a cap emperor rank.I may go for below for that one Vazov though...... good skills,but i am uncertain about is its output enough because of Duke if damage is enough,then i will certainly go for him |

Also you want Sheridan and Cadorna (joins so late though). Albrecht is also worth considering since he has 5 skills, even if he's a duke.
The toughest part in this challenge is the massive textbook costs to make people usable, so for a large portion of the game I actually also recommend people that just perform well right out of the box, such as Krasnik, Vazov, Henry Horne, Todorov and possibly also Archduke Eugen. You probably want these people while you textbook up just a few super elite generals.

Since these blue and green generals require gold to purchase, you could try to buy textbooks, gold medals and silver medals with the normal medals you would use to buy purple and gold generals. |
