I like the possibility of mod-dern-ify games from active fans!
I read about the problems
Darth Vader had with unmoddable newer releases of ET-games.
The last game I played before EW4 was SC4 deluxe/rush-hour. (Released 2003)
This game was developed to be modded. It's now 17! Years old and still gets new content every day! Have a look st Simtropolis or other fansites - it's more than amazing what they did out of the vanilla game.
Modding keeps games alive.
Your absolutely right
ππ³π°π΅π΄π¬πΊ! After doing some research
MODDING IS LEGAL! Though some nations may have stricter guide lines and many people look down on Modding.
Modders are the same as the Creators, they have a idea for a game and make it true. The new games list seems that games are instead focusing on preventing hacking and updating there games.
I believe people also after playing a mod they come back to the original game and actually make people want to focus on their game. Anyway, that is all and keep modding, may the force be with you!
