WC4 UNO Reverse Card version 0.1 (... Alpha?)

It's taken me about two weeks or so but I've finally finished part one out of seven (lol) for this mod.

Features:
- Axis Europe (easy and hard) scenarios have been uno reverse-card...ed. Basically you play as the enemy
- Unit balancing updates, everything costs a bit less, and infantry is somewhat more viable
- AI can now spawn forts (IDK if that's good or not)
- All generals that you could originally buy in the game have been replaced with trash AI generals (only France, GB, and Germany done so far, plus one "Japanese" general)
- 1939 conquest has been changed to a "chaotic neutral" conquest. It's exactly what you think it is
- I made a unit specifically for defense (Assault infantry)
-And much more... actually... that's about it lol
- Downloads as a separate app, so you don't have to delete WC4 if you have it
Notes:
- I have no idea what in the world domination's gonna do. It's probably gonna crash the game. Don't do domination.
- Also, most generals' photos are off center (not heads, but portraits) thanks to my bad photoshopping skills. I'll fix this eventually.
- If you want me to do unit/music changes I might consider that later on, but one, I'm gonna need someone to teach me, and two, unit design changes aren't really the focus of this mod
- Some scenarios are way too easy. If you want me to change them, I'll probably just remove some generals and make the enemy have more resources
Coming in 0.2 (in a week or so):
- Allied Europe missions
- 1943 conquest (give recommendations on what I should change for that)
- More balancing (also give recommendations)
- Japanese AI generals
- I might mess with domination missions, we'll see.
