i have two nice bois and the 4 starters,they are near maxed-out and i am thinking about the next general

i have only 8 general slots and i am currently on "the birth of empire" (the Prussian one)
plz give advice for which one i should get next

Not bad advice. But I would recommend Karl and Dabrowski prior. They both deal much more damage as they are not artillery generals.

But there’s also some reason to get Mahmud should you not have a grenadier available.
