I made a three Kingdoms Unlock Apk so you can use it for your mod. I recommend you divide up skins and units like how Easytech did with EW6 1914. |

Western Rome will have the most cities but issue won't generated good income unlike the east and barbarians faction  |

You should Egypt as well and give them Level 4 or 5 citys becuase Egypt was rich but, only give them around 4-5 Cities.

Darth Vader, you are right since Egypt was under Byzantium level 4 will be good. But western Rome will have most cities. Italy areas will be level 4-5. Spain, France, London is level 1-3

You could give them more villages (ie. those unnamed unranked cities that give out 10 or so cash every turn)

Darth Vader , you are right since Egypt was under Byzantium level 4 will be good. But western Rome will have most cities. Italy areas will be level 4-5. Spain, France, London is level 1-3 Have you took the images from the city's of GCR to add in your mod? I used GCR's Buliding settings for my mod and I Croped it so all the city's would show. The western Romen Empire Didn't really exist after the fall of Rome so it should be like a Level 3 citys and they should have a Neighbor like the Huns to Keep the Romans in Check. |

Canadian Modder, make sure to not forget the German Tribes in Austria in Germania. You should give them a huge army around 500AD to sack Rome.
