My Beseler has: Salvo, Tactic Master, Storm Fort, Mountain fighting, and Artillery Expert.
My Ivanov has: Salvo, Tactic Master, Storm Fort, Mountain fighting, and Artillery Expert.
My Hindenburg has: Salvo, Storm Fort, Alert (to be changed), Defense formation, and Artillery Commander.
What changes should I make to these generals?
Storm fort->Jungle?

Well, since grenadiers are not as common as in EW6: 1804, I suggest you keep Storm Fortifications.

I’m planning to give Hindenburg either Tactic Master or Artillery expert but idk which to give. |

That way, he has max movement across the most common restrictive terrains (desert fighting still sucks) |

I'd say let Ivanov keep the power. |

every artillery general should have both mountain and jungle fighting for max mobility, salvo, tactic master
1 gen will have commander, other 2 will have artillery expert (Hindenburg can keep his defence formation)
