Yes, it just requires good, well upgraded generals. Norway is hold the ground for about 25 turns, so with Sweden being right next door, I imagine it'd have a similar strategy.

What I do with Norway is put my Konev on a triple stacked howitzer and snipe Soviet land units as they splash into the water. Then I take Denmark once the land unit spam is dying down and build a triple stacked heavy and put a tank general on it and move him out to attack Poland.

I can't say if this will work with Sweden as I don't think I've ever played as them. If I have, I don't remember.

Sweden is about defending with artillery then using tanks to take the Balkans, but they need to get there untouched by the USSR, so send them southwest and then through N Italy/S Germany.

Okay, it’s time to reveal how to beat the legendary Sweden:1950

Part 1: Hold The Ground XI
On turn 1, you start with a 4 ranked triple medium tank and a Triple ranked double cruiser. I put graziani on the tank and placed a financial center on Stockholm. On turn 3, built a triple howitzer and put konev on it. On turn 5, I built a coastal artillery south of stockholm to deal with the subs and troop carriers. Konev killed off Zhukov and Timoshenko right off the bat, and Graz killed Chuikov as he jumped into the sea from Denmark. I held the ground until turn 24. Then, I captured an open Copenhagen and Amsterdam, but lost Copenhagen. Built a military factory there, spawned a heavy to guard and then guderian 5 turns later

Part 2: Wipe our the enemy XI
Guderian plows straight to Kraków, with Arnold right behind him. The duo take it over, but guderian somehow loses 3/4 of his health. As the British and french(and Mexicans?!) have mostly defeated Warsaw’s health, guderian hits it twice and it falls. Arnold takes over there, used its strat bombers to kill the rest. Poland dies on turn 34. A wild Rommel appears on a triple heavy in Warsaw, proceeds to sweep south and kill Hungary 3 turns into his life. Meanwhile, Bradley and dutra landed in africa and invade Egypt. Romania dies 3 turns after its neighbor, and Rommel glares at a quivering Bulgaria, and they surrender Athens and Sofia. 4 turns after that, Bradley captures Damascus, killing Egypt. Arnold and Graz have been sweeping through Russia, and make it to Mongolia. They capture the two cities they start with, and capture chonking and take away its cities in indochina by turn 56. I deployed paratroopers as close to Mogadishu as possible, and on turn 58, I kill North Korea and the grand Soviet Union, and Mexico kills Iraq.

Part 3: Accumulate Supplies
Basically, I held out for 6 turns to build up my industry for my missiles, and on turn 64, I killed China and Iran, ending the war. Japan even survived.

You can ask one of our mods to do it. I think Nobunaga Oda is the only one active right now.
