It was! I honestly thought that roko was better. Maybe if i has given him blitz instead of rumor, he woulda been better but oh well.

Oh I would give him blitz and rumor. For me, at least Personally I already have two rumour tank generals (Gud and Rommel), plus Graziani has machinist already so he can survive. I'd probably give him armoured assault as his fifth skill. |

Well, he’s also got his rumor artillery gens to help as well. I only have 1 rumor tank gen, and he, combined with Arnold, konev, Leeb, and Nimitz, sweep the field with rumor

I have the same doubt (I don't think about getting Vatutin), I prefer Roko, but Graziani offers me good benefits.
Join any of them or do more upgrades on my generals? (mainly Rommel and Leeb)

I think you should upgrade Rommel to about 50%, but don't worry about Leeb for now cause he's great even without upgrades. Does that include improving Crossfire? I will leave Rumor and AA Level 4, Panzer Leader Level 2 and save for Rokossovsky (Or maybe I should maximize Konev?) Crossfire's kinda meh, so you don't have to upgrade it. Try to get AA, Rumour, and PL to level 4, and max out Konev. If you have three tank generals already you don't need another one, but if you only have two tank generals get a third one before you 50% Rommel. Also try to 50% Konev first, although you don't need to max him out yet. |
