Here's the Max level stats, at 6k medals not worth it for most players IMO.

Well, it is 2,5 times more expensive than one of the legendary set items, but it is way more valuable imo. Of course it takes relics as well, but anyway statwise - one of the best items. Defence is awesome, even not yo take into account its Inspiration buff...

Wow,two threads about Energy ring at once. The thing should be really valuable

I still think it is overpriced, but I haven't any questions to its viability:
15 percent attack/defense increase, 120 additional def points, hit, evasion. You couldn't ask for more...

Iron Duke, you have Caesar, Richard, Energy ring, and I only have Attila and a couple of upgrades... It is not fair

Iron Duke , you have Caesar, Richard, Energy ring, and I only have Attila and a couple of upgrades... It is not fair Oh I couldn't afford it in my current run, this is from my original game. In that one I have all non IAP generals (many of whom are fully upgraded), all items, >40k medals The benefits of having a spare phone

But I am rather merciless: when the game is completed it is deleted

Wow,two threads about Energy ring at once. The thing should be really valuable The alternative is that it may be so bad that two threads are needed to warn members about it. I removed the second thread to avoid confusion. Edit: What are the benefits of morale in EW5? If it's quite a notable feature, this item should not be underestimated.

It’s a 15% change in atk and def. That’s quite a lot actually with how everything is multiplicative in EW5. However, the only ways to obtain positive morale is from inspiration, the energy ring, and from scripted campaign events. So this is kinda like a inspiration + uber defense master skill in one item. I really want the ring. +180 def and inspiration is really strong. I might actually save for it sometime since I actually get a ton of medals per day. Not now though.

I think the ring is a bit overated when compare its passive with Inspiration. That skill only works when you being attacked (NOT BE HIT BACK WHEN YOU ATTACKING) with the rate 60% and lasts 2 turns while inspiration works when you attack or counter attack with the rate 100% for 3 turns. The rate, the turns and especially the condition to be actived are worse than Inspiration a lot IMO.

As soon as it is activated it is forever as long as You use it with proper general - means frontliner. So, yeah, the terms are different, the result is the same - all time active. Frontliner is always under attack, deffinetely at least once per 2 rounds That is his main purpose - to absorb damage and ideally bring debuff/damage in retaliation.
