You can, of course, do your modding on pc and then simply compile on a mobile device (like I do lol), or you can get an android emulator on your pc

Hello, I'm new in modding, maybe my questions are alreald solved 100 times - please have patience (my only experience is EW4.
I want to know this too!!
IMO EW4 has three graphic modes: phone: SD, Phone HD, I-pad. HD (IPad SD = phone HD.
All mods I found, only have the resources for HD mode - not one has the necessary files for (i?)-pad - how this mode is activated? Never?

I am sorry to reactivate this thread again, but I need to know:
Is the Pad-section ever activated for a mod?
I added again all missing, but referenced, IPAD - graphic files, but IMO IPAD-resolution is never activated. I haven't seen one mod with updated ipad-graphics.
I use SD/HD - mode to have an EW4 or alternative modded Artwork (both HD) style.
Removing correctly the unused and very big ipad-textures will save 20-30MB of filesize. So this question is really relevant.
