I plan to make units unbuyable preventing the player and AI from Spaming. In return I will make Tactics Free for player and AI Along with improved forts and bulidings. The mod will also have Mighty Milita which will control the battlefield and the only unit you can bulid. To prevent heavy Spaming they will cost 1,000 gold effectively making the mod manageable.
