Am modding and am having trouble of the HQ always being one!!! You technically can't change the HQ level but by adding experience to a level will increase the level drastically. |

You technically can't change the HQ level but by adding experience to a level will increase the level drastically. also whats the file or json? It's all the mods data in the game that you can Edit, like values, scores and other files. |
