So I’m pretty late in the game, at lvl 64. I’ve just passed union 6 and am trying to grind to unlock the other union campaigns but in the mean time I’ve collected enough medals to upgrade my commanders or ion cannon. My ion cannon is at lvl 8 which does 70 damage I believe and I can upgrade that to lvl 9, however I could also upgrade my generals health. I have Badigilo, ozawa, Guderian, Govorov, Goring, and Patton. Should I upgrade any of my generals or go for ion cannon? Also feel free to say if I should replace or buy another general

Upgrading ion cannon takes forever, the amount of medals required for the last 4-5 levels is enough to build an entire 3 ECs lineup from scratch. I'd say get yourself a third tank and artillery, then get started on building an artillery EC.
