I’m very close to winning. Three Union campaigns and two conquests (1975 three and one star.) However Ozawa which I have from the beginning I’m thinking of replacing for another tank/artillery general. Should I sell him for an artillery/tank general? If so, which one? For tank I’m thinking Vatutin and for Artillery Bai C. X but I don’t know if those would be best this late in game.

I don’t even know what to put here so I’ll put an h

If you are aiming for THE best then you should go for the ECs, but Vatutin and Bai are both pretty solid picks. You will need an admiral for alien 5 so if you don't have a good enough replacement(Donitz or Yamamoto) then you should keep him as a temporary choice.
