Many agree that it is Yamashita, but I say MacArthur. Yama is a CityCracker, however, MacArthur is a little more defensive, and that interests me more mainly in an inf. general

My opinion is that it is initally Mannerheim, but then either Rundstedt or Yamashita. The reason I say this is because Mannerheim has one of the highest inital damage. Level 3 Raider and Level 3 Jungle Fighting are what help him out in that way. Yamashita only has Level 1 Raider, while Rundstedt only has Guerilla. However, I still think it's Mannerheim.

Wc4 really only invested in tanks Generals so infantry is really only good at raiding Artillery but even that is almost impossible.

Also something I forgot to say is count the generals as in max potential. As marshal, medals, max skills, etc.
