Is there a way we can edit skills in ew4 the one that would work (not stringtabled) ?

Is there a way we can edit skills in ew4 the one that would work (not stringtabled) ? You have use Stringfile for size but for color and looks you can change be editing the webp file and using Photoshop. |

Will it work as intended? What if i change engineering to +5 movement for artillery will it work?
