Hello generals,
Has anyone achieved a 3 star on this mission ?
I tried to stop my ally city from falling to Octavian bu i cand finish off the targeted generals in time.
If i rush to get the general targets, i lose my initial city abd Han reinforcements will not reconquer their lost city...
Any tips ?

Mithridates on the crossbow unit with a Teracotta Warrior should do the trick in defeating Octavian.
Otherwise, spare one more cav gen with Mammoth.
The rest will attack the SE city for resources.
Demolish, upgrade or build to improve your population as well as silver and iron income. Can't remember if an outright Consul Tactics => Olympic (the state which reduces belligerence level to peaceful) or manually going after policies that minimise income loss at higher belligerence levels is better.
The central east Parthian army will attack your city in conjuction with Octavian's rout of Chen's army and his advance.
Breakthrough the exposed defences of the city, take it, surround and destroy your enemies.
I think I followed-up by going after the targets.
