The game appears to be Encrypted. I even went to mod from a few years ago and it is Encrypted. The website modders seem to have found a way around Encryption most likely by Root and non root Modding.

There is no way to destory there Encryption however, Game Gudarian and other modfications apps can edit it even with Encryption. I strongly recommend you learn how to use it. |
