Does anyone know a good and easy 1939 conquest to S rank? Ive tried and succesfully completed german army group D and italy army group west only using 1 gen(bock) and i still fail to get S rank. Also is 1941 doable with only the free 1939 gens?

Thanks Update=1941 was easier than expected even though german south army, bulgaria, slovak, and hungary got stuck i still managed to win pretty quick. I played finland and used bock, leclerc,and leeb and finished it in 48 turns and got S rank |

I think you must win the game below 50 rounds.
I first played with Bulgarian Army Group (1 star), and got A Rank with 56 rounds.
Then, with Italian Army Group West (2 stars), I got S Rank with 46 rounds.

For 1939 a good one and my personal favorite is Army Group A, which I did in 20 turns.

Western 1939: German B and Italian West
Eastern 1941: Soviet First and Finnish
North African 1942: German B and Italian Second

Africa. German D 1939 is an S rank canadite. I did it. you could probably give the East minimal attention. Army Group A and Italy West are the best candidates. Your Allies in the East are usually competent enough to overpower Yugoslavia and Poland. The Axis are the best ones to play for this year. |
