My generals are leclrec, cunningham, and leopold, my tech is level 1 in tank, inf, and art. It is a tricky campaign and it took me multiple times to complete aswell, but here are some tips, which helped me through that campaign. - Once you get control of the allied units which are fighting on the frontline, retreat them to the coast just west of Dunkirk, before moving them into the channel. - As soon as you can purchase another destroyer, do this and use your destroyers as screens from the German navy, which will be backed up by destroyers after the subs have been defeated. - Don't pay attention to the timer for the secondary objective of holding Dunkirk, as it is completed even if you win before that timer. - If needed, you could use Cunningham on one of the key units instead of on a destroyer, to increase its survivability.

I finnally managed to do it! I think the secret is the save up economy to stack your key units and bombdive rommel. I baited rommel with my heavy artillery allowing my allies at lilie to occupy the main city so when rommel was defeated i can immidietly stack the key units with fresh troops gave them the transport car and just bailed out
