I am using the 44M TAS as my main, combined with Guderian’s mobility and ability to traverse rivers as if they there plains is great. Panther fully upgraded should be better, though.

Tier list imo:
S: Panther: stats are great, mountain walking is amazing, and the defense reduction means you will hit extremely hard. What's not to like?
A: 44M: who cares if you are tied for the lowest movement bonus and have no damage skills if you can fly around the map ignoring terrain? Great for those campaign missions with short timers for objectives and army group where many territories have annoying mountains or river in between.
B: Chi-Ra: bonuses are pretty good and it gives the most movement points. Mountain movement is better however so it loses out on A tier to the 44M. Of course situational based on what terrain is actually on the map.
D: Arl: Fire bonus is pretty useless, but the damage reduction is nice. Still not as good as any of the movement ones. Stats are worse than competitors.
Z: KV: it's bonuses are trash and the stat increase is comparable or worse than the better tanks

We are supposed to choose one axis and one allies, right? Also Philip II of Macedon , may I do your style with all special forces? In addition, I don't mind the KV-2, Its stats are not as good as the panther, but it is great for, say, Patton with its crit chance.

It would be nice to have a few more allies options. How about the Cromwell with sight and movement buffs. 40% damage to artillery, ignore 35% arty damage
