I think student is good because 2 of his skills are Paratrooper (Greatly increase Troops morale during airborne operations) and Passion (+15 attack when the troops under command are in high morale ) linking each others and combine with his 3 medals on infantry (+ more 15 attack) which means you can have +30 attack when his troops are in high morale and 2 medals on mobility (+2) which make him moving more faster and with Parachute Jaeger Special Force make him EVEN MORE faster with no extra cost when moving on special terrain plus 3 medals on air force giving him some more attack (+15) when bombard something and he costs 440 medals to get him yourself a very good infantry general in my opinion
