How can I save progress from ios to android

Just installed the game and played It for at least a day and I wonder that when I get my new android phone by December and I learned that Android and IOS dont get along each other I wonder all of my progress on campaign conquests and generals will be lost! I know for sure that Great Conqueror Rome has like Facebook and Game play account first when you enter in Android but in Ios there isnt any its just Icloud, please help me how can I save my progress I don’t want to go through all of those campaigns again, Thank you!
