What would be the easiest Conquest in this year? I would recommend west italy, german group A, and german group D since all of these are relatively simple and easy S ranks |

One tip... Don't hesitate to steal from your allies, especially if they aren't involved in fighting...

Turn 9, German Group D. I've taken out the first Polish Army. however the second Army is mauling through Romania with Yugoslavia being a strong foe. Unsure if I should keep going or try again.

Keep going. This happens. Crush the major economic centres in the 2nd Polish Army Group then move south. You'll be able to take out the remaining parts of Poland and recapture allied lands once you crush their economic and military might. Keep pressuring Denmark before taking it. It's important to countering Britain when the troops land. |

What would be the easiest Conquest in this year? All the German and Italian armies (but German D is probably the easiest). I picked German D on my very first attempt but I got my butt kicked by the Poles.  It was not the fault of German D. It's because of my ... incompetence  |

Now when I started playing conquests finally I have a recipe for easy conquests in 1939. 1. Choose the army group near Poland or Yugoslavia. 2. Deliver decisive blow using all your best generals as soon as possible. 3. Move to help your allies to finish off remaining enemies in Eastern Europe. Don't pay much attention that you march through lands of your allies. You need them more than they. 4. At the same time move one unit of infantry towards Denmark. No rush, just to take more cities. 5. Start to donate Italian Army groups and those German Army groups involved in fighting to keep enemies at bay. 6. Finish off your enemies in Eastern Europe and steal remaining lands of your allies there. 7. Take Copenhagen and create a second powerful Army in Northern Germany. 8. Invade England via Scotland. That's pretty much all  Let me know if "Stoic's recipe" is good enough for you as well  |
