I am really bad at math I have been trying for hours to find the offset for Lhasa city in the file so I can add my country to it. However I am not able to find it can someone simply explain to me or tell me how to find it so I can edit it? Mobile or PC ? |

PC but I already found it out. Turns out even while using the search option in the hex editor the result will not be given straight to you. You got to look ahead for a country ownership. So for example I am creating a new country and I want it to have ownership of a city in China I look for China's code which is 08 and I change that to my new country code in Hex.

So in my case I wanted to create East Turkestan as an independent country from China so my equation in 1939 conquest 6b8c + 0aa1 = 762D because a10a I reversed the code. Then I found the coordinates to 00007268.By searching for the offset. I then tried to incorrectly change the direct variables at that offset and the game wouldn't work it would crash. So I found the numbers 08 and I recognized that as the ownership of the ROC as the PRC is in 1950s conquest anyway. I just changed that 08 to the 2B because that is -1 from the cordinates at 00000018 which is the start of the country order. So I believe I figured it out. But I could be wrong.

And turns out I was wrong Dihua is still under China's control my country still doesn't exist even after following Semuslim's video maybe this is an emulator error as it was showing up in NOX. I am going to see if it works on Bluestacks.

No I found the country but now the nations are all glitched out in 1939 Conquest any idea why this happened? Can it be an APK error? An error with NOX? But Bluestacks doesn't work so.
