Actually it is one of those missions when the final outcome depends on performance of your allies. In one of my attempts they were destroyed or stuck in pointless attempts to take unimportant cities. So I was forced to fight Rokossovsky alone and didn't have enough resources to complete all objectives. But then they stopped his counterattack without my intervention. After taking Kiev and withstanding counterattack you have to split your forces. Send your best troops to the southeast because there's an airport and you can weaken the last target with air strikes. Make sure you have scouted the aeria before you are moving your troops.

With my lineup being guderian, leeb, nagumo , and yamashita + the free gens could I reliably beat this mission without taking into account how my allies perform?

Nagumo is useless here, it's better to use Bock and Model. I am sure you can beat it, but perhaps you need a couple of attempts to adjust your plan if something is went wrong. Don't send too many units to the northeast, but don't expect your allies will take the city by themselves either. Use airport to kill Zhukov....

Well that was easier than expected.... I finished this mission in 17 turns and I didn't even catch a glimpse of zhukov and rokkosovsky!! My allies took kiev and odessa and I made it to the last city with all my gens intact

My allies took kiev and odessa and I made it to the last city with all my gens intact Ha ha, again I was late. Nevertheless we'll make a small guide 1. First take a town to the north. 2. Don't attack Uman directly but try to lure tanks out of their defensive positions. Your objective is a factory, so that you can hire a heavy tank for your Rommel/Guderian/you name it 3. Try to coordinate your attack on Kiev with friendly forces The rest should be easy
