I'm having some problems with this mission because as you guys know I suck at judging the strength of the enemy and splitting up my forces accordingly to secure a victory so usually one of my northern or southern forces isn't strong to capture the city required for a victory
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

Tried sending guderian and nagumo to the south east island and I still got stomped
their navy ambush really screwed me over

Tried sending guderian and nagumo to the south east island and I still got stomped their navy ambush really screwed me over The answer on how to split your army on this mission is simple - don't. Clear coast with your ships and roll over the northwest island. Kill enemy's navy, use parachute jaeger to desant on an middle island and later on the easter one (without city). Go east with everything and capture the city despite some loses I managed to take the objective city on turn 10 and perfect cleared it on 16, but leeb double attacked there. So I guess secondary objective city in 13 is the safe minimum for this tactic |

Here's a small picture of my tactic. No matter how stupid it looks, it works well. |

Also, if you wanted to know:  At the time of Pacific 1942 axis (after allies) I had tanks at 3 or 4 idk and navy at 1. Rest was the same |

Use paratroop special forces on 1 unit and use the airfield

ah yes why do I keep getting stuck lol, is my tech level too low? But then again I got all the knight medals from the missions and idk how you guys have so many knight medals. Anyways, so Donitz and Rommels are my generals, problem is that my navy can either go two ways, bombing the coast or clearing out the enemy. If I bomb the coast the my army will survive but then my navy gets reck. If I go clear out the sea then by navy survives and can kill the enemy general but my land force is gone.
