I completed America 1812 in 48 turns. When I choose America conquest I was given 350 years. No princess. I saved before my last turn restored and the asianconquest gave me 10 years and no princess. Any suggestions on what to do? My campaigns are both to about the 6th mission. Thanks!

The closest you are is Kate at 450 years ruled and Sakurako at 250 Asia years ruled

I found this game about 10 days ago. Floundered around till I found this forum. I currently have 3 trainer generals, agha, Deroy, and Nenadovic a 5 star merchant trainer. Kinda why I wanted a princess. I have Gotlisyn on the boards but I only have 161 medals. He's my next medal expense. No items to my account yet. I hired 2 tavern generals to help with that conquest.

Your first princess should be Sophia. Try out Britain 1798. Should be doable in 60 turns with your generals.

It "used to be" HRE/1798 to get Sophia which is how I got her in 60ish rounds. I got Kate playing America/1775 in 54 rounds.Don't remember for Fatima which I got when not even trying (I posted it somewhere). The amount of resources has a direct correlation on getting princesses (the more the better) and it has also been claimed your campaign progress has effect. In that aspect if true, it is more the number you've completed and not the score since I had just 2 or 3 stars in many of them when I got Sophia,Fatima & Kate. (As long as you don't complete the last campaign in each (ie: Coalition etc.) you can do them over for higher scores,I did it and it works).
After learning from my mistakes I'll pass on some advice. Choose generals you buy carefully! You have trainers which is a good thing and what I learned to do the hard way. I decided to do things in steps and IMO it's working nicely, although since I refuse to buy slots and go with just 4 generals it's not easy. I'm going with 2 cav. & 2 arty. generals only. What I've done so far... Sophia is a keeper and I now have Jourdan as my final arty. general. Before I got him I already had Kutaisov and leveled him to 125/6 before regrouping him into Jourdan who I had up to 98/5 (he's at 125/7 after regrouping). All the while I was playing certain conquests that gave me a good return in metals. After I saved 4001 I regrouped them and with the empty slot bought movement trainers that I put into Sophia & Jourdan. I also bought Kutaisov twice (luck of the draw there) and put him into Jourdan who now has 5 arty. stars and 3 movement stars plus I got him a 5th Inf. star. Diez kept coming up too and I gave Sophia 4 movement stars plus I got her a 3rd business star. I also have Dumouriez who I think is a pretty good cav. general,I use him with 2 armored cars and he packs a good punch. I haven't decided which I'll regroup him with,I want to finish the arty. ones first and I have Golitsyn waiting in the wings to replace him.
The point I'm trying to make like I said is, choose carefully and do some research. There are some very good tables with all the generals stats and I suggest you read them, they helped in my decision to go for Jourdan.

Thanks and I agree... generL choice is important. Without this forum this game would be impossible, absolutely no instructions. My big mistake was I bought 2 It ems before I even had a general!! Lol then I sold them to buy a general, which was the 5 star trading general but I haven't bought any items again yet because I want generals.... my limited experience would have me tell new players to get either trainer cavalry generals or save up for a great cavalry general. I'm sure ill make plenty more mistakes but this forum is a great source. Thank you toall for the work and sharing!!
