How to change unit textures in WC4 conquest mode?

Ok so I already managed to add a new unit to the game simply called unit 1055 I want to change the texture of this unit to a PNG file. I have seen modders like Turkish Modder C and Semuslim done it. I watched Canadian modder video on it and seen forums on this site about it but no matter what I do I cannot end up changing the textures. I already added the units name, png,xml,bin edited it in unity infantry xml and webp. Added it to the string table, added/edited def motions file and edited the army json files. I see the name of the unit in conquest mode so this means I am doing somethign right but now I just want to edit the textures of said unit to my custom ones.
